Phelps makes Beijing splash

American swimmer Michael Phelps became the most successful Olympian of all time Wednesday, winning his 10th and 11th gold medals in record times.

The Phelps phenomenon is dominating headlines in the Beijing Games first week, while making the biggest splash on-line.
